Buster came from an Idaho shelter because he proved to be too much dog (even in that cute little package) for his owner to handle. Buster needed a family that would involve him in their lives and that’s just what he got. (below) Buster on one of his many adventures kayaking on the Snake River.

Chester came from a North Idaho shelter with two other pups. He was lucky enough to find his way to a terrific family in Western WA. He keeps busy with agility and herding. Chester also has two other ACD siblings sharing his home.

Mik came from a North Idaho shelter at 8 months old. Mik now lives in Eastern WA with his retired family and also gets to tour the country in a great RV.

Dougall boy came into rescue as a pup and has proven to be a best buddy for his new owner and her grandchild! I received a note one Christmas with this picture of Dougall given a big smooch to Santa saying, so much for the Cattle Dog’s “illusiveness”, huh?
