When we first got him, Brooke said he loved the snow. We experienced that up in Snoqualmie Pass. BUT, he also loves the warm ocean here. There are few cattle dogs here and we get lots of inquiries about him. Shadow loves to visit our next door neighbors and will go sit on their front porch if they happen to be visiting the mainland. Shadow has also made great friends with another neighbor's dog - Tony. Tony is a hound and the two of them together on walks is quite a sight. Shadow dog is a great joy for us.
