The “drop box” Pups – Adopted Dec. 01/Jan. 02
January 3rd, 2002 by Brooke
Cameron, MacKenzie, Daytona, Holly & Puncher were our first “litter” of cowdog pups. Dropped off in the overnight box that is intended for feral cats at a Spokane shelter….all 5 of these pups were scraped up and VERY frightened.

All 5 pups found absolutely fantastic homes where they are a true part of the family. (below) Cameron and his adopted sister – Charlie. Cameron started suffering from seizures at around 1 year. After a couple years of fighting and trying to manage these seizures he was given peace and put to sleep. It was a terrible loss for his family but we know that he was able to enjoy life to the fullest while he was alive and healthy.
(below) Daytona now lives in Spokane with her family and like most of these pups LOVES to fetch!
(below) Holly, the shyest of the group found a home with my parents and is Queen of her Castle in Western WA.
