Glory – Adopted May 06

At 8 months old Glory found herself in a Spokane shelter. She stole all of our hearts (including Sawyer’s) immediatley. She went to agility with me a few times and she was showered with how pretty and sweet she was. She had come from the shelter with the name “Katie” and when I saw her I thought she looked more like a name I had often wanted to name a future ACD….”Glory”….but since she was NOT mine I felt re-naming her would make me feel she was more mine then she was going to be. I soon had applicants from left and right and then the perfect home came. A woman with another male ACD that had lost her older ACD a few years back and wanted to make her home a 2 dog home once again. Glory fit the bill and when I met her, I felt the match couldn’t of been better – especially when she said she wanted to name her Glory!! I almost choked, I couldn’t believe that she would be a Glory after all.
