(above) Myself, Rusty on the right and our Hagen boy (on left) – they could be twins…although Rusty has a good 4-5 years on Hagen. “Putter” my parent’s dachshund, is at the bottom of the picture.
Meet….Ol’ Russ boy….this boy was turned in to the shelter after his owner passed and no one in the family had a place for him. Surprising…because this boy would fit in just about anywhere. Wonderful with other dogs, cats, kids…he is just about the sweetest boy you could meet. He is mellow being a senior but does love to ride in a car and enjoys walking and socializing too.
Rusty has found his permanent home with my parents in Olympia. At 14 years young they decided he doesn’t need to move anymore so there he will stay. Good boy, Rusty!
