Rainey – Adopted February ‘08

Rainey is now part of a wonderful home in Western WA where she can run on the beach and nap on a couch each and every day. She and her new cowdoggie brother “Dusty” are seen in the above picture having a run the day after “adoption day”. The lovely Rainey will also most likely be the subject of her new mom’s incredible art. We can’t wait to see 
Rainey is a beautiful 2.5-year-old that is ready to relax and not worry about anything anymore. In her short life she has had 3 litters and is done and ready to go on to bigger and better things! Rainey is fine with cats (a bit scared of them actually) and does okay with dogs but does need a strong leader and proper introduction with more socialization around them. Loves people and has been around kids. She is a super little dog that would enjoy all that a loving family has to offer.
Our experience adopting Rainey couldn’t have been better. She’s a real sweetheart and everyone who’s met her just adores her. Dusty’s trying his macho best to keep up with her but has to take long naps on the couch to recover from acting like a puppy again:)
And yes – you can count on it – Sweet Rainey will be the star of many paintings!! How could I resist such a beautiful model.
