Cooper – Adopted, March ‘08
March 9th, 2008 by Brooke
Cooper now enjoys life with his retired family in the Pullman area – romping and running on their property that includes a pond! Lucky dog. Cooper also has a playmate, Niki, who is showing him how to live the good life

Cooper is an 11 month old Australian Cattle Dog. He was brought into the shelter 3 weeks ago with 3 littermates and 2 younger cattle dog puppies. The owner’s reason for relinquishing the dogs was “too many.”
Although a little shy when meeting new people, Cooper quickly warms up. He LOVES people and is totally connected. Nothing would make him happier than having a family of his own. He loves stuffies, chewies, belly rubs, and being with people. He is athletic, very smart, and would love to learn new things and have a job. He knows how to sit, walks nicely on a leash, and is potty trained. Cooper is inexperienced when meeting new dogs and needs to be introduced to relaxed dog-friendly dogs who don’t push him to get acquainted too quickly. He would do best in a quieter home with patient people who know and understand cattle dogs. Cooper is neutered and up to date on his shots.
